Vector Stats
“Embeddings” are numeric fingerprints of your tickets. This panel shows how many records are embedded, how strong those vectors look (length/“norm”), and how similar items are on average.
Distinct Coverage
A quick view of which Failure Modes are most associated with which Parts. Darker cells mean more tickets with that combination — useful for spotting common fix patterns.
Embedding Drift
Are new tickets similar to the older baseline? If this similarity drops, the types of issues may be changing, which is a cue to review playbooks or retrain models.
Embedding Explorer
Each dot is a ticket, positioned by content similarity (dimension-reduced). Colors are failure modes. Clusters = similar problems. Outliers = unusual cases worth a look.
Data Quality
Gaps in key fields (like Failure Mode or Instrument SN) can limit recommendations and search. This panel highlights where cleanup would have the biggest impact.
