Refresh Status
This page refreshes the **embedding vectors** used for semantic search and recommendations. When you start a refresh, new vectors are written back to the database and the **vector index** updates automatically in the background.

“Refresh Missing” only embeds tickets that don’t have vectors yet (fast, safe). “Re-embed All” recomputes every vector (slower; good when you change embedding models).
